Our factory is operational.
We are shipping across India as per the Government of India guidelines. Please note, due to restrictions, certain deliveries may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to minimize any possible delays.

When will I receive my order?

All orders will be processed in the order they have been received. Our factory is operating as per the Government of India guidelines with recommended safety measures in place.
Please note, due to restrictions at containment zones, certain deliveries may take 10 to 15 days. Rest assured, we are working as hard as we can to minimize any possible delays.

What hygiene measures have you implemented?

We have put into practice the recommended safety measures. Thermal scanning, face masks, gloves and social distancing are some of the basic safety measures.
We have also taken additional measures to improve our already high standards of hygiene. Work stations are being disinfected throughout the day. In addition, areas where supplies enter and parcels are picked up by couriers are deep cleaned regularly.

Can you deliver to someone else?

Of course. We love making your loved ones smile. If you'd like to surprise someone you miss with a photo gift, we are happy to package it safely and deliver to their door. Make sure to put their address down when you place the order.
